Return & Refund Policy

This policy covers manufacturing defects and transit damage for all MCDFL dropshipping orders. Covered issues include but are not limited to: printing defects, scratches, cracks, broken components, wrong color output, and items severely damaged during shipment.

Claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Delayed claims beyond this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed approval.

To initiate a claim, the B2B partner must upload clear photographic evidence showing the defect or damage. Photos must include both the affected product area and the entire item for context. MCDFL reserves the right to deny claims where proof is insufficient or the defect is not visible.

Upon approval, MCDFL will either (a) reprint and reship the affected item at no cost to the partner, or (b) issue a full refund to the original payment method. The choice between reprint and refund is at the partner's discretion, unless a reprint timeline exceeds our standard fulfillment window, in which case a refund will be issued automatically.

This policy does NOT cover: customer-provided design errors, size/color misjudgments by the end customer, minor color variations inherent to the printing process, or damage caused by the end consumer after delivery.
